512 GB Surface Pro 2 Now Up for Preorder

As I reported to you yesterday, the 512 GB Surface Pro 2 wasn't yet available, even though all the other versions were already up for preorder.
It turns out that Microsoft had a change of heart and launched the preorder program for this particular model too, which means that customers who wish to get the $1,800 (€1,330) device can do so via the company's official website.
As compared to the other versions, the 512 GB Surface will ship by October 29, so you'll have to wait a little bit longer to get your hands on the tablet.
Both the Surface 2 and the Surface Pro 2 are set to start shipping on October 22, only four days after Microsoft officially debuts the new Windows 8.1 operating system. Both tablets are running the updated version of Windows.
