acebook and Twitter are tangling again -- this time, over Vine. Twitter launched the video-sharing app earlier this week, and it flourished like Jack's beanstalk. Vine's straight shot to app stardom may have alarmed Facebook, which cut it off from its Friend-finding functionality and quickly "clarified" its policies to justify the action.
