Facebook Has 699 Million Daily Users

Facebook continues to grow, adding more and more new users each day. According to Zuckerberg, there are now close to 700 million users who log into their accounts on a daily basis.
The social network has long since crossed the 1-billion-user mark and now boasts that about 1.15 billion people log into Facebook at least once a month, Business Insider reports.
The number is impressive on its own, but even more so is the number of people that use the network daily – 699 million.
And while this might seem like a big deal to us, Mark Zuckerberg continues to dream big for the company.
“We’re at this interesting point. For a while getting to a billion people was this big rallying cry. When we started getting closer to that goal, we realized, no one wakes up in the morning saying ‘I want to get 1,7 of the people in the world to do something’,” Zuckerberg said on the stage of the TechCrunch Disrupt event.
The company has already talked about its plans to connect the next 5 billion people. Zuckerberg wants to spend the next five to ten years trying to understand everything in the world semantically and map everything out. “we want to play a role in helping people create companies and create jobs,” the CEO said.
